I heard this is because of a ron Paul surge, is that true?

Ron surged in this poll, and the day before, that's for sure.

This is another reason why the campaign should make a late night to announce some walking the streets of Nashua and another city meeting people on the street. Of course, not doing a campaigning during the National Championship BCS game.

Word on the street is that Ron Paul is surging.

Okay, I checked the official campaign site and a media advisory and various campaign stops have been planned for the 9th and 10th. I am very happy with this outcome.

Nobody cares about that game. The game is between two SEC teams, and what's more the game was already played earlier in the season. And it was, from what I heard, pretty much the most boring game imaginable.
Anyway, as long as Dr. Paul is not bursting into sports bars disturbing people Santorum-style, any events he holds (town halls, rallies, etc. etc.) should be just fine.
