View Full Version : Really, Fox? cited Ron's RCP polling average in NH at 12.6% REALLY -> 20.2%

During the Doug Wead video, they cited Ron's RCP polling average in NH at 12.6%. If you look at the RCP average, Ron is at 20.2%.

If you look closely, they averaged in polls from a month ago in order to drop Ron's average down, when in reality, he has more than doubled his support since then.

EDIT:

WOW. Watch this entire segment. I'm about to explode.

1) The entire time, the headline "Paul hasn't ruled out 3rd party bid" is flashing across the bottom.

2) They manipulate the New Hampshire polling numbers as well, to fit the narrative "look, Ron Paul isn't going anywhere in the polls, but hey, maybe he'll go third party"

3) ANOTHER headline underneath reads "Paul condemns CAMPAIGN ad calling Huntsman "Manchurian candidate".

PS - Sorry for posting this in Grassroots central. move to media spin.

Leave it here. Nobody reads media spin enough to send the wraith of hate e-mail that is required to clog servers.

the poll might be real. I looked at the video, it says "GOP" voters. Take into consideration that Ron pulls in lots of independents ,it looks like Fox is just looking at the "gop" voters and not an overall poll.

The first one is correct.. It has him at 18%. Then, they say "this fits in with his Real Clear Politics average for New Hampshire Polls", and showing completely false number of 12.4%, when you can go to RealClearPolitics.com right now and see him at 20.4%.

You know what was funny? Doug wished the fox news anchorman best of luck too. As in, good luck remaining relevant once Paul becomes the next president. Lol

"The reason the status quo and media lie to you about Ron Paul is the reason you should vote for him."

A compilation would be a great ad. My mother was a die hard neocon, police the world type last election cycle...until around the end. What changed her mind wasn't the message, but rather she started watching how they treated him, particularly in the debates. She assumed it must be something good if both the left and the right were trying to make a mockery out of him and outright lie.

As ANGRY as we get about the MSM lies and spins on poll numbers, distortions, disinformation, misinfo, bias, etc, I'm willing to bet that a PAC fund raiser / moneybomb would generate revenue for airtime. Seriously, we are not just Campaigning against the GOP, we are Campaigning against the MSM too!! Time to buy airtime and show the Masses wtf is going on.....

Better yet, a Pro-Paul PAC should put something together so that the media can't accuse Ron of "whining" about "unfair" coverage.

A professionally produced 30min infomercial produced by the best in the business, that's both 'entertaining' and informative would be epic.

15 minutes on "The Media Machine Against Ron Paul" - this part would show examples of their 'marginalization' tactics, break each tactic down to it's component parts and explain how/why each tactics changes peoples opinions/impressions of a person.

15 minutes on 'Ron Paul's Platform - Why the Media is Against Him" - this part would connect the dots so to speak. It's not enough to simply show examples of bias, you have to also answer the question "why are they biased against him?". Ideally, the analysis of how Ron's platform is bad for the multi-national corporations that own 95% of the media would be objection, straight-forward and conspiracy-theory-free.

They used the RCP average of December 12th-January 5th. Look at the graphic and you will see. It sucks they did that, but it's the game we're up against.

EDIT: Even using Dec. 12-Jan 5 I still dont get those numbers. Thats fucked up.

So when will the campaign or SuperPAC start suing these media criminals for their unmistakable lies? I don't see how the case could possibly lose.

Bare minimum they issue a public retraction, or better, provide money in damages for additional ads.
