They don't claim to be "fair and balanced" like Fox News does, so they aren't. :D
Not that Fox News is fair or balanced in the least. It is just a slogan that doesn't fit which makes them nothing more than hypocrites and liars.

It's real, Ron was at 10% back then.. "Someone Else" was a generic Republican candidate

It's real. I saw it with my own eyes. The story was about their belief that someone else would jump into the race.

You worst part about the vid in the OP is that in the full segment, they COMPLETELY blacked out Ron Paul's impressive 3rd place finish (only 3.2% behind first) and every candidate BUT Ron Paul was mentioned. I've been watching CBS for a long time and have documented their bullshit:
