Strategy to nominate delegates in Iowa

I've read in a few places now that the campaign specifically went out of their way to instruct supporters in Iowa to stay after the votes to be nominated as a delegate, but look at the first comment in this post: h t t p://www.conservativehq.com/article/6097-what%E2%80%99s-limited-message-iowa#comment-83745

At least in this precinct it sounds like nobody stayed...

Not sure if this is just a one-off case, but I hope people stayed in other precincts!

yes it is sooooo important to stay after...all states are different but i know in massachusetts, we have to stay after to get nominated for the delegate process....im hoping to be a delegate for Dr. Paul :)
