Ugh. First the picture of Bush looking at the man missing a leg, now this. That's enough for one day!!!

I wonder if he has a clue that he is the reason for this, and wonder if he cares at all. I don't think the man has an once of empathy. Grrrr.........

i wonder how many times he would have to meet people who have been directly and negatively impacted by his policies before he would change them.

GOD BLESS that man who gave his body for us! This war is wrong but he is noble and brave .....what upsets me is that someone so dishonorable is "honoring him" all the while deceiptful and corrupt. I am proud that I live in a country were people are willing to put themselves in harms way for us, I just wish that HE wasnt used for THIS. But God knows his heart and will bless him for what is in his heart and for his suufering in thsi life! I pray in Jesus name for his recovery and for all the assitance he needs to be well or be rehabilitated will find its way easily to him. An dGod bless all our men and women who are fighting in this horrible unecessary conflict.

didn't mean to be in bad taste, but as a veteran myself I've seen too much of that stuff.

If I was that soldier, I'd probably say "sir, I will only wear a shirt that says 'Operation American Freedom', a campaign to re-install American's true freedoms that you have taken away".

Of course, that's easier said than done....I feel sorry for the guy.

See, I think Bush has empathy..the way Bush will rationalize this is to say that the soldier suffered so that America could have freedom. The problem is, most of us in this country realize that we need to get out of Iraq and that more soliders getting maimed isn't going to solve anything or guarantee America's freedom.
