The article is very balanced no mud slinging or name calling of any of the candidates I really like his advice to our campaign. I hope you can take the time to read this article and read the comments too:

This is wha the article says about Ron and his campaign
Ron Paul and his strongest asset is his ability to connect with young and first time voters. He should make this his selling point he is attracting young voters and first time voters into the party which few Republicans have been able to do in the past. Another very strong point of his and perhaps even more of a factor of his much higher success then the vast majority of pundits thought he would have even as late as a few weeks ago is his commitment to personal and civil liberties. No other candidate is even talking of personal liberty and civil liberties not even Obama though he was in 2008. Since 9/11 many American’s have felt an increasing authoritarian government is attempting further control of their lives and not respecting their civil liberties and privacy. Ron Paul should continue to really hammer at the Patriot Act and recent developments of where civil liberties and other Constitutional Rights are being proposed to be restricted. Many American’s agree with Ron Paul that corporations and other special interest have too close a relationship with Washington and this sentiment crosses party lines and demographics of the electorate. As far as the Federal Reserve many Americans are becoming increasing skeptical of it after all the Bank Bailouts including foreign banks which were obviously bailed out with tax payers and borrowed money. They see this as another sign of too much secrecy and overreach of the federal government along with its bias for the powerful rather then the people. His message of the true size of the debt problem resonates with many Americans again across party lines and political demographics. He should not let the Neo-Cons and Social Conservatives make him back away from his positions but should stand prepared to defend them tooth and nail. American’s respect a man or woman who stand by their principles and don’t sway just to please the political mood of the moment even if they do not agree with you. He will thus be seen as a true conservative of which the term used to mean and a man of principle when most of the other remaining candidates may well prove their willing to be very flexible with their principles and care more about pleasing certain segments of the hard right rather then your more traditional pure conservatism of limited government in every aspect of people’s lives, the private sector, and around the world. I believe Ron Paul would do better in the general election then he would in a primary but if he is to win the nomination in the GOP this is what he will have to do. I would say sometimes in his passion towards limited government and slashing the budget Ron Paul seems unsympathetic to American’s who depend on different programs and can seem uncaring about the poor, marginalized, and minorities at times . He will have to do things to show he does care about the poor, marginalized, and minorities and show further contempt for what was written in a news letter in his name if he is to expand his popularity. Ron Paul will come to be known as the Freedom candidate and even if he looses he will surely change the debate and cause focus on issues many just ignore but that are very important to address.
