Michele Bachmann to drop out, no speech yet?

Just wondering if she/her campaign is writing a withdrawal speech, or if she is on the phone getting "PLEASE ENDORSE ME" calls from Santorum and Romney.

We know the other candidates all ask for endorsements, but RP doesn't...I think this should change.
