It's important to know that your past can comeback to haunt you, especially if you have a criminal record. Now-a-days police records complicate every aspect of life, housing, employment, financing and emotionally. One mistake in your past can turn the rest of your life into an up-side-down mess. Apparently if you have a police record, police can always treat you as a criminal, and even vandalize your assets.

28-year-old Darren Richardson had over $12,000 of damage done to his BMW 325i by Pompton Lakes Police after he had allegedly "almost caused an accident" in September. Richardson was pulled over by police in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey when he made a bad judgement call while driving. After discovering Richardson had served 2 years in prison, Lt. Moises Agosto "suddenly" started smelling the oder of marijuana. Lt. Agosto had his dog walk around the BMW, and then determined the oder was coming from the vehicle's trunk and ordered it to be impounded for further inspection.

Frustrated, Richardson and his passenger began arguing with Lt. Agosto about his decision and held his ground about there being no marijuana in the car.

If you watch the full video you'll think different on that particular situation. But it still doesn't explain where the cop got that bag, why it seems as if he was planting it, and why he put it so deep inside his back pocket.
