There are 3 types of college students in Iowa.

1) College in Iowa - Parents in Iowa
2) College in Iowa - Parents not in Iowa
3) College not in Iowa - Parents in Iowa.

1) They will be in Iowa and should be expected to Vote
2) Ancedotal evidence says that some will be coming back just for the Caucus
3) They will be in Iowa and should be expected to Vote

It's much easier to get the college students when college is in session. But there are more college students in Iowa over break.

I think the causes start after everyone gets off work. So well after 5pm CT/6 EST. There will be links on RPF that track results as they come in.
