It isn't just that Ron Pau is leading in Iowa and it isn't just because Rand Paul won the Senate Kentucky but because we have a new generation of people that are going to be thinking deeply about jury nullification, civil disobedience, and State Nullification. There is now a State such as Utah that went on a Gold Standard. In Wyoming, they passed a law that protects Wyoming gun owners from gun confiscation and taxes for gun owernship from the Federal Government which is known as the Firearms and Freedom Act. We have 14 States with Medical Marijuana laws and fully nullified the National ID Card. There are proposals for general State Nullification such as Sheriff's First. In New Hampshire, a law repealing compulory schooling laws was passed. With jury nullification and the widespread popularity of libertarianism a US District Attorney will hesitate to bring cases forward for fear of aquittal even in civil cases issued by the Federal Government. The media has lost it's credibility and as a result people are not watching television news anymore.
This does not mean that we don't have work to do. There are still innocent people in prison that need to be pardoned such as Patriot Irwin Schiff who sacrificed his own freedom for everyone else by standing up to the IRS. Some have lost their freedom becuase of the drug war and need to be pardoned. Finally, there are millions of troops in 135 countries and 700 military bases that need to be brought home to be with their families. We can overcome this and we will!
