If it's the one I'm thinking of, then it's the one that makes $25 donations every once in awhile at a certain time. It's more about once a week bombs. I think it started around the time of thisnovember5th.

They are supporting TeaParty07.com, they were responsible for the two spikes in donation in October... one of them being before Leno

The money bomb website began as an effort to co-ordinate weekly donations of $25, but in the build up and follow up to ThisNovember5th has been recast as an information hub for the grassroots online Ron Paul fundraisers, including ThisNovember5th, ThisNovember11th, TeaParty07 and others.

Yeah, I am pretty sure they are the first people to really use the "money bomb" term....a term that is now up on wikipedia I might add. Paulites rule.
