This could be good for independent-minded voters and those in Iowa who liked him as governor of their northern neighbor. The downside could be his connection with that conspiracy theory show, but overall I think this will solidify or even increase his numbers with independents.

At the very least, it helps us in Minnesota with independents.

Jesse said he would never vote for an R or D. He said that he would only vote for RP if he ran third party.

So does that mean he changed his mind, or he is only endorsing and not voting.

I hope he is willing to do some commercials and campaigning for Paul!

Jesse Ventura could bring in quite a few new people into the Ron Paul camp, he is very good at getting voters out to vote that normally never vote, that is how he won in Minnesota.

He sounds rational in that article. Hopefully he doesn't get interviewed by MSM about the endorsement and delve into conspiracy theory.

All in all though, it helps.

Jesse needs to do a Minnesota tour....

He left Minnesota on a overall positive note!

So I just wiki'd Ventura really quickly and this made me chuckle:

During his tenure as Governor, Ventura drew frequent fire from the press in the Twin Cities. He referred to reporters as "media jackals," a term that even appeared on the press passes required to enter the governor's press area.

Ron Paul weathered the attack storm after Jerry Doyle and Joe Rogan made it politically legitimate for national figures to support Ron Paul, and now everyone is back on track.

This is good. We are winning. We are so ridiculously winning that the establishment is losing it's collective mind, dancing naked in the street drooling rabidly for all to see.

Oh no, Ron Paul served in the Air Force, not the Navy. Overall that was good.

Yeah I think Ventura would make a great secretary of Defense. My neighbor the Marine loves Ventura.

Ventrua has the ability though to reach out to voters that Paul could never reach. He could bring a lot of new supporters on board and we are going to need all we can get to win this thing. You may prefer to stay away from the truthers, but without their vote Paul wins nothing.

The more the MSM labels Paul supporters "conspiracy theorists"...

the more the regular, hard working, American loving RP supporters will question the MSM calling them "conspiracy theorists"

We'll all start looking around at each other, wondering why they are trying to turn us against our neighbors.

I'm glad they support him. I'm just saying that the MSM is now looking for anyone they feel is "kooky" to lump with Paul. The problem with Alex Jones is that he often tries to get Paul to agree with countless conspiracy theories while interviewing him. No, people like me are SAVING Ron Paul from losing all 50 states by having a conspiracy wacko on his ticket. A conspiracy theorist on a ticket makes someone unelectable. No, wait...WORSE than unelectable.

Besides, Paul wouldn't choose him anyway, so it's futile to discuss a Ventura scenario.

Ronald Reagan digs himself out of his grave, resurrected just in time for the 2012 Iowa Caucus. He immediately endorses Ron Paul for president.
Some Ron Paul Forum members chime in: 'This could seriously hurt us with the average American who fear zombie ex-Presidents."

Later that night, Jay Leno officially endorses Ron Paul. Some Ron Paul Forum members instantly distance themselves, fearing "OMG this is going to seriously cost Ron Paul votes. The Letterman fans are going to leave us in droves."

The following day, Ron Paul sweeps the Iowa Caucus, garnering over 35% of the votes. "Crap!," some Ron Paul Forum members cry in dismay, "This is terrible. Now we're going to get attacked even more. We're a sinking ship! Everybody loves an underdog, but now Paul is in the lead. We're doomed!"

Know this is a bit off topic, but did you see the one where they linked Hitler's research to aliens. That was pretty bad ass.

Lolz repworthy!

This just in:

You have season 3?!! It hasn't even aired on TV yet? I can't even find a release date for Season 3? I think it may get released on TV in the coming weeks.

I watched all 16 episodes of season 3. It ended in November. You can check their official site, facebook or wikipedia. Season 4 will start, I'm guessing, by Spring. If you're asking how I have season 3 on dvd already, well, that's a different story...

Nice! Jesse was my governor here in MN. I remember his run for the office...ALL MSN was anti-Jesse. The local media wasn't giving him a fair shake at all. The other candidates were laughing at him too... "OH... some crazy wrestler guy with radical ideas". Well, when they woke up the next morning they were shocked that he was now the Governor!!

I am flabbergasted. Is there any links on youtube to season 3? I looked a few days ago and found nothing. I haven't been able to even find a single link anywhere to season 3.
Please point me in the right direction.

This is all I can find.

Besides, Ventura CAN'T be Paul's VP pick...he wants to become a Mexican citizen, after all.

You must be one of those people that listens intently to MSM.

I love the thought of a Paul/Ventura ticket.

I voted for Ventura for Governor and would love to vote for him as VP to Paul.

Really? You want to tell that to his 1.6 million viewers of his show?

I'd rather talk to the 122 million American voters. Wouldn't you?

Now you're just trolling...

How is expressing my view "trolling?" I guess everyone on this site is a troll then.

Welcome to the real world where you may come across people who share opposite points of view.

You worry too much. If you learn to concern yourself less of what others think and more on spreading the truth, you'll do just fine. ;)

Jesse shouldn't be the VP pick, he's too "fringe" at this point.

But his endorsement is good, it will probably bring some people over to Dr. Paul.

I did not read the whole thread.

Just wanted to say I'm glad Jesse did this. Last time he was on the AJ show he was saying how he couldn't vote for RP because he had an "R" next to his name and he would only vote for him if he made a run on a 3rd party ticket. That logic made no sense to me and really put me off a bit. However, I'm glad to see he got some sense knocked into him and came out with an endorsement. :)
