Best Candidate Supporters to Go After Based On PPP Poll

I was looking at the PPP Iowa poll and I noticed the cross tab for "2012 GOP Pres Primary 2nd Choice." Based on the poll, we will have the most luck targeting Romney, Perry, and Santorum supporters. When Romney supporters were asked who their second choice candidate was, 26% said Ron Paul. With Perry supporters 24% and with Santorum supporters 18% said Ron Paul was their second choice.

Another tab shows that current Ron Paul supporters second choice was Bachmann (31%), Romney (31%), and Huntsman (27%).

Of Mitt Romney Supporters, 11% said RP was their 2nd choice.

Of Jon Huntsman supporters, 28% said RP was their 2nd choice.

Of Rick Perry Supporters, 22% said RP was their 2nd choice.

Of Jon Huntsman supporters, 16% said RP was their 2nd choice.

Honestly, it seems no one learned how to read these things...

Of the population that has Ron Paul as their 2nd choice, 26% are Romney supporters.

Everyone except Romney, Gingrich, Paul, and maybe Perry will drop out by Florida. So go after every other candidate's supporters.

Did you guys notice that foreign policy was the most important issue for RP voters? That probably means that RP supportrars will not be easily swayed when the msm takes a hit on him on this issue. And they probably will talk about this passionly with potential voters. :)
