A week out for the Iowa caucuses, here's our look at the GOP campaign trail in the state. What do you think will happen in Iowa on January 3? What's your prediction for who will land 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and perhaps 4th place in the GOP caucuses?

Let them know what you think!

Problem is they have hugely raised expectations and he and Romney are neck and neck. Ron has great organization, but Romney had better to start with and never stopped organizing. A second should be a huge bump and they have been spinning it to make it sound as if that would be a loss.

1. Ron Paul
2. Mitt Romney
3. Rick Santorum (I think that he is going to overperform, and this is all they will talk about to avoid talking about Paul)
4. Michelle Bachmann

I don't think that Gingrich will even place, and it will be over for him.

Then we win it.

I can predict a record turnout. Ron gets 23%, tossup with Romney. All others are also ran but Gingrich is not 3rd.

1. Romney, 2. Paul, 3. Bachmann, 4. Gingrich, 5. Santorum, 6. Perry

I will do all I can to switch #1 and #2 in my rankings, but if I were forced to bet $10,000 on it (), that is how I would bet. Romney's 30,000+ votes in 2008 were by voters who did not seek a conservative anti-Romney, so I imagine they are still mostly in place.

30,000+ votes is nothing to take lightly.

The 30,000 mittens people should hear that mittens will likely not try to overturn the Patriot Act, Obamacare and the NDAA if elected. Great arguments to use on vote night in Iowa.

He helped formulate Obamacare.

They will live to regret voting for someone that will not attempt to overturn these laws.
