My latest article on Yahoo News is a shout out to one of the small towns I will be visiting/canvassing while in Iowa leading up to the Iowa Caucus. Riverside, IA has the town moto "Where the Trek Begins" because it is the fabled birthplace of fictional sci-fi character James T Kirk.

As always, the money generated on the pay-per-clicks will be donated to the campaign, so please Facebook Like and Tweet the article to help it spread.

Thanks

Out of curiosity, how does one go about posting articles to yahoo like this?

No just clicking the link to the article. Pay-per-reads, I should say. So Facebook Liking and Tweeting boost that a lot.

Go here to signup: http://contributor.yahoo.com/signup/

At first you will get assignments and likely they won't be "political", and only a few of them will be paid. Once you produce articles they like, you can be offered beat writer status and they let you write about anything you want as often as you want and they pay you a small up front amount plus pay-per-reads. After writing the assigned stuff all summer, I reached beat writer status back in October.
