Levin votes in Virginia. Virginia will allow for no write-ins for their March GOP primary election.

If Gingrich fails to make the ballot, and he very well might not, Levin will be looking at a ballot of only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. Those are the two candidates he attacks most on his radio show.

Levin's melodrama is just an act. Don't get too excited about it.

There are 4 candidates for the Ballot. Paul, Romney, Gingrich and Perry. Not sure where you are only getting 2 from?

I heard on Fox today that Perry failed to reach the threshold of 10,000 signatures...

I know McCain is pretty liberal, but not liberal enough for the likes of Levin/Hannity/Dick Morris/Oreilly etc. These guys all love Trump who has given hundreds of thousands or millions to all the top Dems..

Enough Perry signatures got thrown out that he was disqualified from appearing on the ballot. Gingrich had like 1000 less signatures than Perry - so chances are he'll end up having so many thrown out that he won't be on the ballot either.

I'm hearing word that it will only be Romney and Paul.

Honestly, those Gingrich supporters could threaten to just start axing party officials if they don't fix it.

It's like in nevada there was some blowback from angry Paul supporters that might have cost Lowden the primary vs. Angle.

This brings up an interesting point. Anytime Paul is asked whether he'll pledge to support the "eventual party nominee," by one of the media party hacks, he should respond, "do you pledge to support ME, when I'm the party nominee?"

I'm pretty sure there are....but there's a big difference in being on the ballot and having enough hard core support to get the needed write ins to actually compete.

Actually, no. Write-ins in Virginia are not allowed, and not counted, in primaries:

http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+24.2-644

At all elections except primary elections it shall be lawful for any voter to vote for any person other than the listed candidates for the office by writing or hand printing the person’s name on the official ballot….

Gingrich is not on the ballot, and it doesn't matter if 99% of voters write his name in, none of it will count. He's done in Virginia barring an unlikely-successful lawsuit.

All the talk radio neocons will lose audience when Dr. Paul wins.
Sucks for them.
