Okay, heres the deal. My husband and i run a side business designing tshirts for MMA companies and bands. We have a good local company that prints them for relatively cheap, and with a fast turnaround in small batches.

Winter is coming up and there seems to be a need for Ron Paul related winterwear such as hoodies and knit caps and such.

If i wanted to run a print of hoodies, sell them, and donate all of the profit to Ron Paul... how would i have to go about doing that? Would it all be considered a donation on my part (i haven't maxed out yet and this is one way i could do it). Or would i have to submit the information of all of the individual buyers and it would count against their contribution limit? What if someone who is already maxed out buys one?

Thanks to anyone who has an answer for me. PM if you wish.

Only the Ron Paul PCC can sell items and use the profit as a donation.

However, you are correct about your first option. You can sell them and make a profit (like usual), and then do anything you want with your money.*

(*After taxes and up to a $2300 donation to the Ron Paul PCC. Isn't the gov't generous?)
