Paul voted in 1979 to celebrate MLK Birthday on the third sunday in January
TO AGREE TO A SUBSTITUTE TO H.R. 5461 THAT DESIGNATES THE THIRD SUNDAY IN JANUARY EACH YEAR AS THE HOLIDAY TO CELEBRATE MARTIN LUTHER KING'S BIRTHDAY.
If you look at James Kirchick's hit pieces (several of them in total), he highlights 6 racist sentences (1-2 sentences racist statements each.) Also all the racist stuff fell between the dates of 1990-1994.
4 of the 6 are attacking MLK so it doesn't make sense that Paul previously voted to celebrate his birth day.
Would be nice to go back and see the CSPAN videos from back then if he was speaking on it.
