Just bought a PowerBall ticket tonight. Half of what I win will go to Ron Paul's campaign. IF, IF, IF it's over the donation limit it will go to Rev Pac or I will personally invest it to help get him elected, with the guidance of how to spend it from you guys. If you win on one of these lotteries make this pledge with me too. I know, I know people will say, "why didn't you just donate what you would have paid for that ticket to the campaign, b/c your not gonna win". Well, it's just for fun!!!! Here is a pic of the ticket so you guys can hold my feet to the fire if I win lol http://i41.tinypic.com/f4lqgm.jpg

Hate to burst your dreams of winning then splitting half with the campaign but ... You're limited to $2500 donation limit after you win. What you need to do is before winning is to create a trust with you getting half and Paul campaign getting the other half. Then you need to make the ticket the "res" of the trust (trust property) by placing the name of the trust on the back. Then you got to win.

And I can't beleive you paid the extra money for the Power Play option. Just buy more tickets with the money spent on the Power Play.

Or donate to RevPac and the new Pac

And do help with RPF grassroots

A few weeks ago here in CT, some really rich guy from Greenwich won over a $100 million. People weren't too pleased lol

I did. If the OP wants to donate half the winnings to the official PCC the OP has to create a trust designating half to the PCC before the drawing. And, win of lose, he should let the campaign know of his $3 donation (half of the $6 ticket).

But the question is moot considering I have the winning ticket to tonight's drawing and it's safe in my wallet.

I've been doing that twice a week with $1 Paul lottery that I have pledge to myself, funny someone else is doing it too. I hope you win!

Paul supporters are so dedicated they are willing to donate half of their lottery winnings? Headline?

Yeah, the majority of that half would more than likely go to RPF in some way or another. Jackpot is 104 million, with a cash value before taxes of about 68 million. Probably would end up paying 40% in taxes if not more. So, the cash on hand after all the b/s would be somewhere around 40 million.

All it takes is one Ron Paul supporter to win this thing and we are good to go. lol

Let's put it this way. You have a great chance of becoming President than you do winning the powerball. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean.

Odds of winning 1 in 195,249,054.00 If Ron Paul had 1 million supporters playing just one number, that's a 1 in 195 chance, sounds good to me!

Sounds like somebody is praying God is a Ron Paul fan. Nice play.

Plus if we didn't win we'd still be financially supporting the public schools! Oh wait...

And if those one million just gave the money to RP, he'd have a 194 in 195 chance of being far better off.

But don't let me spoil your fun ;):p
