in which he talks about individual rights, civil liberties, and the injustices against minorities in our courts. It should be written by him, published by him, and he should take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for writing it. From now on, whenever the media accuses him of "newsletters" from 20 years ago, he can just tell them to go read the newsletter he published the other day. It's a simple way to turn this whole thing around.

Book =/= newsletter.

I'm talking about a short, one page thing, possibly even formatted in the same way as "his" old newsletters. Put it up on his website, with the title "Read Ron Paul's Shocking New Newsletter." People click on it, then bam, all the crap they've been hearing is thrown out the window.

that would just confuse people and the media and his political opponents would spin it and distort it and drag the whole thing out even longer. The best thing to do about the newsletters is what he's been doing. Asserting that they don't represent his views, repudiating them, and not making a big deal out of it. It will blow over soon when the media realizes it's having no effect.
