The news is always the sweetest when you hear about some corrupt officer getting busted. When these twisted law enforcement officials play both sides of law, you meet a near unstoppable force that unravels society. We assign these officers to uphold and enforce the law to serve and protect the citizens and society. But one Immigration officer abused his authority to benefit from playing both sides of the field, while creating more crime.

Deportation officer Jason Alistair Lowery led DPS and federal agents on a 45 minute chase on Wednesday night after agents tried to pull him over. He fled DPS in his government vehicle, the chase began speeding away at speeds over 100 mph as he started tossing bricks of marijuana out of his driver side window. The chase started about 45 miles south of Phoenix in Vekol Valley and ended 20 miles away in Sacaton. His truck had a roll over and he then gave up and turned him self over.

Lowery had been under investigation for over a month after an unnamed informant (identity is protected) tipped off police for lenient charges. The informant told police that they were involved with Lowery in an operation ripping off illegal immigrants.
