The Harry and David Fruit Cake Confection

Actually, I like the stuff they say they don't put in this one ("the rum, the rinds, the yucky green things"), but this version is delicious.

wow. looks good, but i don't know about buying 1000 of them at 22 bucks.... ouch.

maybe if we're going to purchase them we'll get in touch w/ somebody up top and let them know about the free publicity for their company (who knows, maybe they're allies?) and the bulk purchase, see if we can't get a discount.

we'll mark that down as top of the line, perhaps try and establish a range (unless there is a sympathetic, patriot, maxed out donor somewhere looking to help...)

There is some place in Corsicana, TX that is a popular fruitcake place in the US. This time of year they are churning out these bricks 24/7 non stop.

Ahh here it is: http://www.collinstreet.com/

I went just north of there yesterday myself :)

While you are there check out the russel stover factory, they have an incredible outlet, I promise you won't leave without some of the best chocolate deals ever, for some high quality stuff!

I wonder if we should send fruitcakes to that 17 year old Fredhead CBS reporter who called Paul a Fruitcake?:p
