Department of Education
Department of Health and Human Services (including Medicare and Medicaid)
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Fannie Mae
Student Loans
F.C.C.
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ought to be convenience store, not a federal agency)
Department of Environment and Conservation
Social Security Administration
Department of Homeland Security

..and these are just a FEW with the Deparment of Education being the newest (created by Carter in exchange for the backing of the NEA during his campaign) behind Homeland Security.

Hi,
That would be a pretty huge list, I guess the best thing to do would be to read Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, then the 10th Amendment. Anything our government is doing that is not covered in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution would be unconstitutional. So, the list would be enormous, since Article 1 Section 8 as far as spending goes says defense and post offices, and most everything else in there is policy (borrow money, taxes, naturalization, punishment for counterfeiting, declare war, etc)

Not to mention *undeclared* war spending is unconstitutional, and the biggest of the list.

Easy... get a copy of the national budget, tear out a couple of pages, the rest is unconstitutional.
Actually looking for the little bit that is constitutional is worse than a needle in a haystack.
