Hit the high traffic areas today and start collecting old lawn signs. If anyone asks, just say you're doing this as a public service to cut down on litter. Wear a Ron Paul T-shirt and engage people in conversation if they approach you, but make it seem as if you are doing it as a public service, not as an organized RP campaign effort.
We can save money by saving on materials, while also providing a public service to the community.
Maybe we could even get some free press out of it...
