Lamar Smith said the House Judiciary Committee would meet after New Years to decide if SOPA of HR 3261 The E Parasite Bill would be let out of the House Judiciary Committee, now he has decided that he will hold hearings on Wednesday December 21, 2011 when many of the Judiciary members are on vacation and only a few will remain so he can vote this bill quietly out of the Judiciary Committee and pass it as is that will allow whatever people say or link to to be considered a felony with 5 years in prison for Copyright infringement.
