What will the weather be like at 1pm on the 10th?

It says showers and 50 degrees on the weather channel. Is 50 degrees in Philly as cold as 50 here? (50 during the day is cold as mess). 4 the record I have never been to the megalopolis except b/t April and September.

40% chance according to weather.com. I would assume that this thing will go off no matter WHAT happens.

According to weather.com it will be 52 with 20% chance of rain. So - nice day. Cloudy in the morning - clearing in the afternoon. PERFECT WEATHER - as I knew it would be. :)
