$2500 max for primary and $2500 max for general election. Has nothing to do with year.

Either way, early money is ALWAYS better than late money. If you have the ability to max out now, then do it.

I already maxed out a while ago, and I'm not rich. Ron Paul is the best investment and it's up to us to get our returns!
