Does Romney's financial plan cut Medicare, or not? Where are the facts?

I read a tweet that said Romney's plan cut Medicare. Posted it around. Now, I need proof. Help?

if you ask me i would eliminate all medic aid and medi care now,not "phase them out".
We should show everybody the video where he says "I am a progressive" in 2002 instead.

No, I'm not attacking Romney for that.
A Romney voter and I are having a conversation.
I say his plan cuts Medicare. They say he doesn't.

Yes it does, and it only cuts future INCREASES in other spending, of what is specified. It should be on his webpage, but I read a bunch of break downs of the plan when he came out with it. A lot of cuts just aren't specified at all.
