Ohio's Presidential Primary to move from May 22 to March 6

The House and Senate passed a bill to move the Presidential primary from May 22 to March 6 (Super Tuesday). The only thing left is for the Governor to sign the bill.

The deadline to submit signatures to get on the ballot will be extended to December 30. It seems like a lot of campaigns didn't meet the December 7 deadline.

Ohio is basically an Open primary, you just have to go to the poll and ask for the Republican ballot, and poof, you're a member.
Good opportunity in the state to get the Blue Republicans out to vote!
