To those with thin skin, do not worry. We have been in this fight for a long time now and are ready for anything they throw at us.

Ron Paul is shifting to the front and he will start taking shots.

A lot of new people who are just now discovering Ron Paul may get pissed off by this or start questioning things.

Do not worry. There are plenty of us who know every single issue Ron Paul stands for, we know the principles and philosophy behind it and we have seen the opposition come at him from every angle possible. Let us lead on those things you may think are "game changers".

Ron Paul is principled to the core. It makes it easier to defend him if you understand those underlying principles. If you are just now starting to learn those principles, that is great. Keep learning. We will fight for them.

There will be no "gotcha" moment for Ron Paul. No sex scandal that the media loves which gives them ratings. No scary piece of legislation he signed back in the 70s that will come back to haunt him. No change of stance to appease the voters.

But they will attack. And it will sound convincing. They will say he hates old people. He wants children to starve. Wants the terrorists to win. They will say he is a racist. They will turn the focus from Ron Paul to some supporter/supporters that are bad people and hit him with guilt by association. That he is addicted to cookies (actually true, it is his biggest weakness...no fighting that one, hope they do not drop that bomb).

But we will defend him. We know that all sorts of individuals support Ron Paul and some are not the best people, that has nothing to do with Ron Paul as a man. We know he is not a racist as he supports the individual over the collective. We know he does not want the terrorists to win, he wants a national defense and to not encourage terrorism through our militarism. He does not want children to starve, he wants our economy to grow and our dollar to be worth something so that no child will ever starve in the US again. He does not hate old people, he will continue all of the retirement and medical programs for those who were promised them and allow the young to opt out.

They will be coming at him hot and heavy the next few weeks. But they will awaken a sleeping giant in every attack. Ron Paul has said that the worst thing you can do to him is attack his supporters. And his supporters say that the worst you can do is attack Ron Paul. We will defend him as he defends us.

Just ignoring him has pissed us off enough to do some pretty amazing things. Just wait until they attack...

Nice Elwar, nice!

A lot of us are here because we were betrayed, betrayal isn't forgotten, and in politics it isn't forgiven. Our fight goes on 'till this is all put right -and beyond.

We've got everything to fight for and nothing to lose in doing so -we are evil's worst nightmare.

When the attacks come, they will learn firsthand the meaning of "blowback".

We all know its coming. If Paul wins Iowa the media will hammer Paul with lies and misinformation. If we do nothing they will be successful.

So why do we wait? What can we do to be prepared for the attacks? Can we strike first?

I think we already have a good start at http://ronpaulmyths.com/index.php but how do we insure that this site is easy to find? and what about all the people that dont use the internet(like the elderly)?

So I was thinking. Are there enough of us to launch a one-day "Black them Out" attack on Faux, CNN, MSNBC, by tuning them out completely, enough to affect their ratings?

We would have to advertise it. Might be fun to advertise it on their own networks if possible. We would have to do it incognito, covertly. Give our "Blowback" bomb a clever enough name that our people would know, but their people would not. Or is this just too far out there.

I remember when we took our money out of the Faux News Corp stock market back in 2007 and watched the market decline for a few days. This was after they excluded Dr. Paul from a debate as I recall.

Most of his supporters stopped watching those networks long ago.

I even bought a Roku box to phase out all cable TV.

Screaming racist in a state that is 96% white won't hurt us, no doubt. But I hope Ron develops a thicker skin when dealing with hostile interviews about this issue.

Honestly? The best way to get the word out about Ron Paul Myths (speaking as one of the maintainers of it) is to donate, Facebook ads/spread it via Facebook through sharing it, and to continue posting it -- as many people have, in the comments section of any hit piece. We're currently working hard at revising the racist myth article, and we recently ran a Facebook ad campaign in Iowa because of two very generous donations we received. We nearly doubled our reach through that, and hit countless non-Ron Paul supporters with our information. We currently average about 764 page loads a day, and 400-500 unique (first) visitors a day. Think about that for a second -- that's a lot. We've reached over 13,000 people so far, and we have a returning user base of approximately 1,737. We may look small because of our simple layout, but believe me, we are large, and growing. But our growth, I promise, is only sustained by the Ron Paul community.
