Time to back of the truth telling ads on Newt?

Is it time to back off the truth telling of Newt Gingrich in Iowa campaign ads?

Just asking, not telling.

If the Romney Super PAC is also hitting Newt, and in Romney's mind he has more at state being against Newt, should the Paul campaign come up with a new ad that is kind and positive about Ron Paul and shows RP as the best candidate for a multitude of reasons, and run that right before the caucuses so that ad becomes the lasting impression?

now would be a good time to transition into positive advertising. let the superPACs handle the dirty stuff from here on out. we should be touting ron's positives at this point.

agreed, as I said in the other thread, Ron Paul should look to solidify his likability. Grassroots in Iowa might want to organize some kind of holiday donation drive for charity to help cold and hungry people during the holidays. This is the kind of principle that Ron Paul espouses and in all honesty, people need to be reminded that once the government is out of the picture, their neighbors and other in the community will still be there to meet their needs.
