I've been trying to listen in on news about the money bomb on talk radio and listening here:

http://krla870.townhall.com/radioplayer/player.aspx

He mentioned something about talking about Paul the next hour about the fundraising, and asked Paul supporters to call in. I'm pretty sure this is live, if not (stations sometimes run stuff that ran live earlier), please disregard this :)

Someone talk about traditional conservative principles.

- limited constitutional government
- personal privacy
- personal responsibility
- strong national defense
- fiscally responsible government
- individual liberty

The Republican front-runners fail miserably at these.

Hewitt is a friggin hack. He's the pod person. Locked into one party, forever thinking that he has a choice.

LibertyEagle
11-07-2007, 06:21 PM
How can he think what we have now is any different than the Democratic party?

It was always said that Democrats had the party of big government and big taxes. Bush has expanded government more than any President since LBJ, and before him, FDR.

The guy is trying to play against us, please if your gonna call in. HAVE YOUR STUFF TOGETHER. Don't call in if you can't back up why you like Ron Paul on the fly. We are on the defensive with him. This is ridiculous.

The callers are representing us well, HH is coming off as a huge asshole. I think any objective observer would see through this show thus far, of course the brainwashed are getting a kick out of it all I'm sure.

These talk show hosts love to discredit callers they would disagree with by calling them out on specifics. If you call in have specifics!

You did much better then me... I kind of froze, my first time calling in to a radio show and the questions came at me too quick :)

Good job guys

That was absolutely and totally condescending to each and every once of us. Marginalized, ridiculed, and verbally usurped by blatant contempt.

Business as usual!

I can think of all kinds of things I WISH I would have said.

LibertyEagle

That's ok. We made some points. Why do you think he cut the time short? heh ;)

evadmurd
11-07-2007, 06:46 PM
I agree, but it is good to be able to articulate your points quickly and clearly. I couldn't do that on the call. It was a good experience, and I'll learn from it.

You did awesome! Had your points (right off the board mind you!) and you stuck with them. Excellent. I especially liked "I represent myself".

i better not call, i'd cuss that f**ker up and down, especially if he started that stupid jew sh*t with me. I'm picturing a masked man appearing in this man's bathroom with a lil' justice.

I hear ya now -- and this radio guy is a jerk.

he was at the Texas Straw Poll interviewing Ron Paul supporters, and he asked every one if RP was not the Republican nominee if the interviewee would support the nominee, trying to show that RP supporters were not "real" Republicans if they wouldn't. Tells you where he comes from when it comes to RP.

Oh man! No kidding, I could not believe he started that. Giving the impression that Ron Paul people are generally Jew-bashing, uneducated, mindless cult followers who have no real grasp on the situation with the world today. It was absolutely incredible! That Mark Levin guy would have been proud.

Is their some School of Fox / O'reilly Journalism out there or seminars theses guys attend and who in the hell listens to their shows and agrees with them so earnestly and the tactics they use?!!
