Ron Paul's Defense Plan/America First Foreign Policy

I would suggest that Ron Paul should come out with a nicely written Plan for American Defense, which should highlight from where he will withdraw the troops, how it will save money and how it will get our troops out of harms way. He should also highlight more on the theory of blowback and give links to other experts' views on this theory. this will give others a different view who are used to listening to only the neocon's views on foreign policy. I think this is the one main point which keeps people from looking more seriously at Ron Paul.
