The principal who accused a 9-year-old North Carolina boy of sexual harassment for allegedly calling a teacher "cute" has been forced to retire.

The story of Emanyea Lockett's suspension last week, first reported by WSOC-TV of Charlotte, N.C., created a national controversy. Tuesday, the Gaston County School District apologized to the family and said there was no sexual harassment.

Jerry Bostic, principal of Brookside Elementary School in Gastonia, told WSOC on Tuesday night that he had retired because of the controversy.

"One mistake in 44 years, and I'm not given the benefit of the doubt. I really don't believe I was treated fairly," Bostic told the station.

Did you treat the kid fairly? F U sucka. How many "mistakes" in your 44 years were hush away? That's what I want to know. You just don't accused a little kid of SH for saying cute to a teacher and not be mentally fu*k up.

Was that little 9 year old treated fairly? Jerry Bostic lacks common sense, this much is for sure! I am sure he can get a job at Homeland Security now!

One Mistake?

Yeah, the only mistake he made was getting caught. Which leads one to ask: how many times has he NOT been caught? And while we are at it, how many young minds has he corrupted, twisted, and taught the subservient mindset, taught to be an "obedient worker", and above all else, people in suits can do no wrong! Fuck you, Jerry Bostic. I dont think you even deserve retirement.

Good. Only measures as definitive as this will cause power tripping, zero tolerance, mini-dictators to alter their behaviour. We need measures this definitive in the alphabet agencies that equally abuse bad zero tolerance policy.

What about the teacher that must have ratted him out to the principle? She should be fired as well. She obviously has absolutely no clue how to work with children.
