This is a scary article that Brian of USWGO has released. This is the end of the 9/11 truth movement since using entire photographs could be ruled not Fair Use. No more 9/11 truth movement! You can't show demolition pictures to prove that 9/11 is a controlled demolition because thats a possible criminal violation or $150K liability.

I also have permission to post his entire article and he has made a declaration to release his own writings under Public Domain so that Righthaven can not ever cease his articles as a means to sue 9/11 truthers.

It's finally coming out in the mainstream news site Las Vegas Sun that the RIAA is going to help Righthaven in Nevada Court to overturn the Fair Use ruling by Judge Philip Pro that grants Fair Use protections to Wayne Hoehn, a highly decorated Veteran that posted on a message board, an entire article from one of Righthaven's newspaper clients. Not just the RIAA but also the Association of American Publishers (AAP) are going to inject themselves into the case against the highly decorated veteran. How nice to treat a veteran as a criminal that should pay $150K for reposting an article on a message board!
If the RIAA starts helping Righthaven in this case when will it stop there? They may end up trying to throw out every Fair Use case and then try to force me to go back to court even though it was dismissed with prejudice because the RIAA has the money to bribe hundreds of judges including ones from Colorado. He who has the gold makes the rules, laws, and court decisions. They may end up overturning every Fair Use victory by helping Righthaven financially and with help from their screwy attorneys.
This will indeed become the death of the 9/11 truth movement because PrisonPlanet, founded by Alex Jones, posted entire articles that are either censored or unavailable proving that there was prior knowledge of 9/11 before the terrorist attacks even begun. Even if these articles are censored and the big media doesn't care that won't stop Righthaven from trying to buy up the copyrights of the censored articles then suing Alex Jones AGAIN! forcing him to settle again and to take down the saved censored articles. This is indeed the beginning of the end of the 9/11 truth movement and the beginning of the establishment media taking forcing those that don't believe their lies to listen to them again using copyrights to get rid of all 9/11 truth, news aggregation, Investigative Journalist, and other kinds of informative websites and blogs.
"In the lawsuit the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and the Association of American Publishers (AAP) apparently want to participate in, U.S. District Judge Philip Pro in Las Vegas threw out a Righthaven lawsuit against Kentucky message board poster Wayne Hoehn." reports the Las Vegas Sun. They also report that "This is the narrow legal issue the RIAA and the AAP want to argue as neutral friends of the appeals court, according to one of Hoehn’s attorneys, Marc Randazza in Las Vegas.
If Righthaven's new allies become friends of the court then more judges can be bribed and the beginning of the end of Fair Use will be unstoppable.
"This news is coming exactly as I have feared! The 9/11 Truth Movement and many alternative media websites will disappear once the RIAA works with Righthaven. Giant trans-national corporations wants to destroy the Alternative Press so that people only read the propaganda controlled media from the U.S. Pentagon, satanic songs from Lady gaga, and how to be a good slave to the international corporations. USWGO Alternative News has also publicly declared an intelligence war on Righthaven for working with the RIAA and AAP. Also last month USWGO founder was requesting that people peacefully protest against Stephens Inc. to stop the RIAA from working with Righthaven.
We will see if the court allows outside parties to just inject themselves into cases that they have nothing to do with personally. If it does this is the end of Fair Use as many who think they are under the Fair Use doctrine will be forced to pay thousands of dollars in court and may have to spend years fighting in court, just to have Fair Use rights.
If the appeals court overturns using entire articles as Fair Use then this is the end of using entire photographs from the media in blogs and investigative journalist websites including Pilots for 9/11 Truth, PrisonPlanet Forum, and other websites that post entire photographs and don't make any money off of it but is posted just to educate the public. This ruling means even I would be ruled not under Fair Use since they are changing the rules on posting entire photographs. If posting an entire article is not Fair Use the same could be applied to news photos which means any blogger is now liable for $150K in lawsuits.
