Medical marijuana be legal? Hell, ALL marijuana use and distribution should be legal, at least among adults under the same circumstances in which alcohol use is legal. Nobody is victimized by such use, and "no victim" means "no crime." These laws are pure evil -- and this is coming from someone who doesn't even use drugs.

Every person who is involved in enforcing these drug laws, including (but not limited to) judges, persecutors, and police, is a piece of dog shit. If I were a physically ill person who was being denied the relief I got from marijuana use, and if it caused me to give up on life, I'm quite certain I would dish out some payback to some drug enforcement pigs on my way out.
