Someone asked me on youtube, more than 30 years in gov name one major legislation Ron Paul as passed?


Anyone have a good answer?


This guys an Obama supporter btw and I mentioned Obama didn't do anything as a senator.

Fed audit. One of the most important pieces of legislation passed in the last 30 years. Had 319 cosponsors in the House, and 32 cosponsors in the Senate. Passed the House with ease, was on track to pass the senate untouched until the socialist Bernie Sanders watered down the language. It still passed though. Is that good enough for him/her?

It may have been through amendment, I wasn't really around at the time, and my memory sucks.

You can remind them that every Republican in the House cosponsored it, along with the majority of Democrats. Hugely bipartisan bill.
