Awesome job. If we could get everyone in these forums to start making calls, then we can not only win IA and NH, but we can win by a significant margin. The Phone from Home program is the most effective way that RPF members can reach large numbers of likely voters in the early states.

Can you give us a "ballpark" breakdown of how many were receptive vs how many were
not so receptive.

That's a good idea announcing it here to remind "some others" that "some are calling from home!"

I hit 1,400 yesterday and was proud to see my numbers rise.
I take a LOT OF PRIDE in knowing I found some people who the campaign can contact for caucus goers!

When you "call from home" it's pretty boring for 6 or 7 calls with no answer -- it's good to even get an answering machine to leave the recording.
Then, excitement kicks in as someone actually answers. Of the people who pick up the phone, you'll do well to get a poll completed with about 1/4th of those that pick up. It's boring, repetitive work -- until you get that special person that cares about politics and our country! THAT'S the people the campaign want (and you're providing the information). It's amazing to me how many voters don't care.

I'm more bold now and the nasties, hang-ups, wrong numbers, and calling Democrats (yes, there are Democrats on that list too--why you get some hangups) don't bother me.

As princint captains, we are using this information through a system created by a Paul volunteer to get the vote out in Iowa. What you are doing is critical to success on caucus day and it is very much appreciated!
