He keeps saying that he can make the Congress be "part-time" and drastically reduce their salaries. Last time I checked, the Congress did not work for the President. They are equal branches of government.

Reminded me of the old Domino's ad where they had customer testimonials talking about the crust tasting like cardboard, except in this case, Perry isn't improving his crust, just trying to argue his toppings make up for it.
