Wonder how long it's going to be before we start seeing currency controls be put into place. It seems that bill that passed congress yesterday is a big step forward towards people controls.
███ these "third party" filibustering assholes.
At least part of the reason they keep doing it could be a subconscious sense of desperation, e.g. "If he doesn't get the GOP nomination, what on earth are we gonna do? We're SUNK. Somehow he has to stay in the race even if it's not with the GOP."

How can more people not get this? I guess it's our job to spread it. America needs sound money.

"Ron Paul, if you don't get the nomination ... are you going run third party?" Sheesh...

Ron Paul said his chances of running 3rd party are maybe twenty million to one.
20,000,000 - 1.
Interesting number, wouldn't you say?

The 'sore loser' laws are really the problem. I'd love to see him go third party if he cant get the nomination but he wouldnt be able to get on the ballot after running as a republican in the primary...

He would be missing potential delegates from 5 states.

That is what i have always said. It is obvious they are trying to plan ahead if he was to say a flat-out YES or NO. Just shows how afraid the GOP has become of him.

So what would you estimate RP's base at right now? Maybe 20 million or so?

He's playing the 3rd party talk just right. It's his trump card against the GOP establishment and it would be foolish to give it up.

Right now today that's a reasonable number, maybe a few million less. 130 million voted in the last election and 20 million is 15%.
Rome is burning and RP is the only one with a bucket of water.
