Now he's faded into irrelevancy.

Free markets and open borders. The worst hit countries will hurt the lesser hit countries. The EU will collapse, which is what most people now refer to when they say "Europe". The member states of the EU are already collapsing, while the bankers are taking over in broad daylight.
