I believe it to be a letter from a reader.

It is a letter to the editor. A report named Sarah Palermo is the Concord Monitor reported assigned to cover Ron Paul (although, from time to time, other reports do cover him). Sarah is fair to Ron Paul. I've met Barbara at the NH State House. We both testified in support of the same pro-liberty bill. It eventually passed :) She is a great person.
