Colorado Liberty Activist ,Needs Your HELP!!! ASAP,please keep bumped. ps folks this is the lady that helped fly me out to cpac dc to vote for Ron Paul!

Bonnie & Joel and Bonnie's parents, Jack and Judy

As most of you know, and many of the new members will learn, Bonnie and Joel have been longtime political activists for us and have been the paying hosts of this Meetup group for years. They worked endless volunteer hours for the 2007/8 campaign season going all over the state and training us on how to canvas, caucus, become delegates, and held mock Congressional/State assemblies for us to learn how to become delegates for our presidential candidate and did some incredible marketing for the State GOP Convention that is STILL talked about today.

Bonnie is also the volunteer State Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty, and she has kept us up to date on many issues right here in Colorado so that we can rush to the Capitol to support/oppose bills, and maintain our liberties and freedoms where it counts, close to home.

They have BOTH been there for so many of us in need (financial, jobs, travel, meetings, trainings, etc.) and now they need some help from each of us. I'm sending this out asking each of you to please help them as much as you can either by purchasing something listed from the email below, or DONATING to their chip-in. If you blog or post on other liberty groups, or if you feel inclined, please post this there too so that they might get all the help they need.
Let's show them as much support as they have given all of us!

From Bonnie's Desk an Update:
My Dad was just given a diagnosis of needing heart surgery (his out of pocket cost would be $22,000.00) OR he must retire now to help him avoid surgery.

My Dad, who is 70, works full time to pay all of their bills and keep them in their home, so retiring would be a difficult option...but my husband and I figured out it IS do-able with some hard work from us and a little help from you!

As of Thanksgiving Day, are we have raised $430.00 in donations and have sold several items (for $905.00) for a total of $1,215.00 of the $18,000 needed!

My family and I are working hard to resolve these fiscal problems ourselves by selling items, taking in a border, working extra hours, and now, if our goals are not met, we will be putting our own home up for sale in January and will have to resign from all political activity to take on extra jobs, for family must come first.

I love sewing seeds of liberty in young minds, going to our State Capitol to keep our elected officials on their toes and letting them know they are being watched. Training people to canvas, caucus, and to help them to become delegates has been thrilling in these “neo-con/RINO” times. But most of all, being a leader has been so rewarding in getting to meet so many great people. I’ve not asked for help before, and I try hard to be there for folks that need it. Now, I’m humbly asking for help from you, to keep my folks in their home and for me to maintain being a political leader in Colorado.

Please donate as much as you can spare to our chipin and may many blessings come to you and your family for your help.

BIG SALE of Great Items!

We are going to sell many of their nice things in order to help him retire. (If it ends up being surgery, all monies will go to pay for his co-payment)

We are hoping you find something that you can't live without from this list of great items!

OR, if you don't see anything, (or if you are getting this and you live out of state) would you would be kind enough to donate something to their chip-in that I set up for them here?

I've received many emails from Bonnie. She's solid and good to go in my book.

Bonnie is the Best, She is the female version of Ron Paul in Colorado. I was honored to dj her wedding. Her husband Joel is the greatest. Youngbuck if you have not meet her. I cannot wait to introduce you to her:) She is the only reason i am still a reg republican. She kept me in the fight when i was down in 2008!! Bonnie is why we rocked the gop in 2008 and rocked the Colorado Convention. She was the only reason i was able to attend the dc cpac to vote for Ron Paul! I would take a bullet for this lady just like Ron Paul. If anyone has ??? that i can answer i will gladly!! I hope to have the links to the pics of her stuff up sometime this morning once i get off work!! I hope RPF can help! The karma will come back to you 1 million times over!! Please folks consider helping anyway you can. She is selling off her prized possessions and if that is not enough. They will sell their house if they have to!!

There is an argument put forward by big government "statist" types in favor of government provided health care. The statists believe that if it is left to personal choice, no one would be willing to help someone else in a time of need; therefore, the government must step in.

I've got $20 here that says the statists are wrong.

Who else wants to help put paid to the notion that the government needs to steal our money in order to "help" others?

As Franklin so wisely stated, if we don't hang together, we'll most certainly hang separately.

Hello? Anyone care to give up a $5 cup of Starbucks coffee and help someone in the Liberty Movement in a time of need?

Just for the record, I don't know Bonnie and Joel, or Bonnie's parents. Never met any of 'em. But from what I've heard from others, it sounds like they're fantastic people, each and every one.

Know what? In spite of all that is going on in their lives right now, with all the hardship and worry and concern, and in spite of the fact that they don't know me, Bonnie and Joel already emailed me a very kind "Thank you" note.... The phrase, "They don't make 'em like that anymore!" seems to apply here somewhere.

So hey - if you're reading this and can spare a bit, I'm sure even five or ten bucks would be appreciated and will make a difference.
