I don't know, just somewhere in the 14th district of TX I guess. I think if you let the sign keep playing it names a city or something.

very cool , but bad placement . i cant really see what good it is doing in a place where he will already do well in the primary and is not running for congress again in .

Lamar advertising, the owner of more Digital Billboards than any other company in the world expressly prohibits any moving images on their Billboards due to city ordinances, state Highway codes, etc ...

So this, while not a full size Billboard, is still a very, very unique Billboard. It's definitely going to appear in additional media at some point just as the unique curio that it is, I like it.

It's really a miniature gigantic Power Point presentation, when ya thunk about it yeah?
