In cash-strapped Washington, President Obama’s $1 trillion health care law is presenting a tempting target for lawmakers seeking funds for other projects, as Congress last week raided the health care piggy bank for the third time in less than a year.

From my understanding as soon as they stuffed this law down our collective maw they issued a series of bonds based on the income they would steal with this gambit. Of course they are now raiding those funds. It was never meant to keep the American people healthy but precisely the opposite as always.
