If 2% of Americans (6 million) contributed $100 each...

that would be $600 MILLION for the campaign!

So any way you cut it, that is the goal.

Some amazing people have already picked up some of the slack for our fellow Americans that haven't gotten around to it yet.

Keep that image in mind.

6 million at $100.

Spread the Word. Spread the Wealth! :D

Think of it this way...

If the national voting turnout was 25%, 6 million people would equal 8% of the vote.

And we're gonna need alot more than that for The Dr. to become President.

THIS CAN BE DONE!

Too bad we don't have 6 million supporting Ron yet.

i just gave another $500 so that covers me and 4 other people. members on this forum like to come up with different ways to add up to some imaginary fundraising number for Ron Paul. it is kind of silly IMHO.
People will give what they give, and there is nothing you can do about it - even creating donation facts using multiplication and division won't help.

What you can do is join your meetup.com group and get active spreading the word (off of the internet).

Hey everybody!!! Students for Ron Paul is putting on a Second Quarter Fund Surge Campaign for the Congressman. Check it out here, read the directions and donate:

P.S. Be sure to spread this around.

I applaud your contribution!

As for being "silly"... it's called Goal Setting.

hell... if we can get that many people to commit just $10, that'd put us way ahead of romney, the current cash leader

Those numbers are a little optimistic.

The labor force is roughly 150 million, so you would need 4% of the working force population to donate $100.

Just trying to keep things in perspective.

That was what I was saying!! I'm glad it's catching on!!

$10/month from 100,000 supporters can bring in $1M each month!!

I wish they had a auto-monthly donation option. :(

Just donated another $25, I'm up to $50 now, $50 more to go. And hopefully keep going. I'd like to reach the maximum a little at a time.

True. This would be great. And the campaign could have guaranteed/expected funds to help with better campaign planning...

Well write them about it if you want an auto donation plan. They maybe able to figure something out since they have more money ;)
