Here is a list of possible names. Please list your favorites:

Of course the new name will only be valid if the TeaParty07.com campaign is handed control of the domain. This way there is no infighting. Nobody has yet officially nominated WeekendOfLiberty.com as the best name, so in 10 minutes when I put up the vote for it, it may very well not be on the list to vote for.

I think the "TeaParty07.com campaign" is some guy who registered it and is looking for a web designer? I saw that in a thread a while ago, could be wrong by now of course. In any case, the new idea is the entire weekend which is different from the tea party by itself. The two sites could also just be linked, with one redirecting to the other...

So there is no actual TeaParty07 campaign???

What do you mean by "campaign"? This is grassroots... its just me and you and a whole bunch of other people brainstorming. I think there's a lot of people who like the idea, including me - I just like weekendforliberty.com better.

When you actually register a website you are more or less a grassroots campaign, right?

Yeah but if you're just a guy who registers it first because a few people said on the forums it looks like a good idea, and you don't really have any idea what's going to go on it or how to program a professional looking site... where's your campaign?

... where's your campaign?

Objection... relevance?

it was "your" in the sense of "the," not referring to you specifically.
