Yup after 30 years of voting for the constitution, Ron Paul now chooses to vote against freedom of speech. Weird huh? Sorry, of course he's against it.

That's not true at all. This has to do with intellectual property rights and I was confused about it. I know plenty about Ron Paul.

Yeah, not so cut and dry really. I don't really know how stealing software == free speech. It's a hot-button issue, and as a software developer I'm not really sure where I fall on it. There is a lot to consider.

Ron is definitely against it, though.

Stealing software is already legal. The bill would give government control of the internet.

As someone going into software development, I'm totally against intellectual "property". You can have a vibrant software industry without IP laws.
