WXIX's Ben Swann recently became a household name among supporters of Republican presidential candidate U.S. Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX). In a Reality Check segment entitled "An endorsement for fairness in dealing With Ron Paul," Swann argued that Congressman Paul was often ignored in mainstream news outlets despite offering bold ideas that stand out from the other candidates. Swann's 'fair and balanced' approach to presidential campaign coverage was a breath of fresh air to Paul's supporters, and he has been surprised at the amount of positive feedback he has received since running the segment.

Swann has challenged Ron Paul's grassroots supporters to 'like' him on Facebook. If he receives 10,000 'likes', he says he may be able to persuade senior management at his Cincinnati Fox-affiliate to allow him to run a weekly Ron Paul segment on the nightly news.

I'm beginning to see a lack of urgency on all points on various projects we have going on here. It just appears that quite a number people just want to sit back and let this election unfold on its own. Some projects require money and yes, there may be some people on this forum that are strapped financially and can't participate in those projects, but there are a number of projects that cost nothing but a few moments of your time and effort.

Even if it is only one station, and even if it is in Cincinati, Ohio, I would love to see a regular show on Ron Paul. We should encourage and support any media that wishes to report fairly on Ron Paul. Also, it is Ohio.. How does it go now? As Ohio goes, so goes the nation. You can't suggest pages to friends sadly. It will show up on the side randomly to your friends that you like the page though. :(
