news conference just said only 1.9% of ron paul donors have maxed out.

99% of people who have donated to ron paul have not maxed out.

It means that only 1.9% of donors have contributed the maximum amount of $2300.

In other words, there's more money where that came from! :D

That means Ron's traditional campaign strategy, which is to recruit a large donor base and repeatedly milk them for small contributions by telephone and direct mail, is going to work out perfectly for this campaign as well.

After the primaries all values are reset and you can donate another $2300.

But I thought we only had a very small number of rabid supporters who had deep pockets.

I spoke with a friend today. He told me that he was currently out of a job and looking for work, but hey he donated $25 bucks.

All we have to do is get the message out!

17,000 new donors yesterday, 1000+ today.

18,000 new donors in TWO DAYS. YOU THINK IT WAS A SUCCESS????

The media coverage was worth more than double the 4.3 million, plus all these new donations of another $350K today.

You figure the hard core supporters all donated yesterday, but with all the momentum and media coverage we had another $350K worth of NEW donors jump on board!

Did anyone predict the campaign would have it's second largest day of fund raising the day after?????

That shows we are growing! It also shows the media coverage and excitement of November 5th added NEW people.

Who is he? I don't see him listed on the official campaign staff

It would be wonderful if say 50 percent of Ron Paul supporters could max out. That would be huge bucks. But you have to realize that most of us are just regular tax payers. Weren't not employees of huge, powerful corporations... like supporters of other "top-tier" candidates who fund those campaigns. Anyway, it's good news because it's shows that there is still so much that can be given, but also shows that Ron Paul must have tons of supporters that less than 2% have only maxed out. Tons of supporters, it's BS that they keep trying to say he has little to no supporters.
